Noah Diggs

Noah Gabriel Diggs is a composer, performer, and teacher. Studying cello since age 8, he travelled from the US to Singapore to obtain his Bachelors in Music with Honours from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music under full scholarship.

 

During his studies, he participated in a diverse range of programs. From traveling to Iceland to participate in a Master's level program with the New Audiences and Innovative Practice program, to acting in a student-run jukebox musical, as well as collaborating with renowned musician and artist Bani Haykal in the creation of an installation premiered at the Sounding Now Festival, he's been involved in many aspects of Conservatory life.

 

After graduation, he has branched out into creative consultation, narration, and expanded cinema performance. He has helped craft and voice act a recent YST Conservatory Orchestra multimedia experience "Telling Beyond Words", and is the artistic director of the expanded cinema improvisation trio "The Assembly Line" which recently had its premiere performance in Kuala Lumpur Experimental Film and Sound Festival.

Currently, Noah is working on projects across multiple fields of art including music, theatre, film, and installation. In KPO, he teaches cello, music theory, aural and composition.
